Technology Operations

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Establish standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors. Evaluate current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them. Conduct systems/requirement analysis in conjunction with Project Managers, Product Leads, and Engineering Leads. Conduct component level work estimation and assist in project plan development, execution and change control. Conduct component level systems design and development. Develop prototypes and frameworks to contribute to overall technical solution. Provide live demonstrations of prototype iterations to business stake holders and leadership team. Lead offsite team to provide Scrum expertise for project execution. Enable teams to self-organize via Agile principles and assist teams schedule management. Conduct unit and integration testing. Assist with project estimation, reviews and configuration management. Provide Service Level Agreements (SLA) updates as needed to project manager(s). Create technical documentation in support for product development teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Technology Operations, Information Developer, Technical Writer, Information Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Technology Operations, Information Developer, Technical Writer, Information Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Agile; BI Tools such as MS Power BI and Tableau; JIRA; MS Visio; MS Project; MS Excel; Adobe Help Authoring tool - RoboHelp; Adobe FrameMaker; Snagit; Corel Draw; Illustrator CS3; Corel R.A.V.E Animations; XMetaL DITA; IBM Cognos Business Intelligence; Trisoft Infoshare CMS; Arbortext XML; OnCommand Report Business Intelligence; and MS Word.

Job Location: 1111 Polaris Pkwy, Columbus, OH 43240. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
