MarTech Data Architect

We are:

Accenture Song accelerates growth and value for our clients through sustained customer relevance. Our capabilities span ideation to execution: growth, product and experience design; technology and experience platforms; creative, media and marketing strategy; and campaign, content and channel orchestration. With strong client relationships and deep industry expertise, we help our clients operate at the speed of life through the unlimited potential of imagination, technology and intelligence. We work AI-first — using AI actively in how we design, deliver, and lead, not just in what we build for clients. http://www.accenture.com/song

Key Responsibilities:

+ Client-Focused Digital Transformation Leadership: Bring an AI-first lens to every client engagement — using AI to accelerate discovery, map B2B user journeys, and model ROI before recommending solutions. Lead implementation of cloud migrations and Adobe technology (AEM, AEM Assets, AEP) that drive measurable business value. Act as a trusted advisor through the full transformation journey.

+ Solution Architecture & Design: Architect scalable, secure cloud-based solutions for large-scale migrations and integrations. Use AI tools — including generative design and LLM-assisted architecture review — as part of your own design process, not just as features recommended to clients.

+ Complex Migration Expertise: Lead and manage complex content and system migrations for clients, ensuring seamless transitions to cloud platforms (GCP, AWS). Oversee the execution of migration strategies to minimize disruption and maximize operational efficiency.

+ Adobe Technology Expertise: Provide deep expertise in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), AEM Assets, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to deliver integrated, high-performance solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments. Ensure that clients are equipped with the best tools for content management and personalized customer experiences.

+ Driving Innovation: Stay current on AI capabilities — agentic workflows, multimodal models, AI-assisted analytics — and apply these strategies hands-on in client work. Translate emerging technology into practical, high-impact use cases across digital marketing, data, and customer engagement.

+ Client Value Delivery: Work closely with clients to identify business challenges and opportunities, tailoring solutions that create measurable value. Monitor the success of digital transformations to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.

+ Project Management & Delivery: Manage end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects on time and within budget. Apply AI tools to improve delivery itself — documentation, risk identification, and sprint planning — and coordinate onshore and offshore teams with the same efficiency expected of client solutions.

+ Business Development: Actively contribute to business development efforts, identifying new opportunities within existing and potential client accounts. Prepare and present proposals, RFP responses, and contribute to client pitches. Drive long-term client relationships by demonstrating the strategic value of your solutions.

+ Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams onshore and offshore. Raise AI fluency across the team — coaching on prompting, AI-assisted QA, and AI in code review — so the mindset takes hold beyond your own work.

+ Client Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, facilitating ongoing collaboration, feedback, and project alignment to ensure sustained delivery success.

+ Data Architecture & AI Readiness: Design and govern data architectures that enable AI-driven marketing — including customer data models, identity resolution, and real-time pipelines. Ensure data is structured and accessible in ways that make AI activation practical, not aspirational. Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to close the gap between data availability and intelligent experience delivery.

+ Travel: As required for client support.

+ Location: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture office

Qualifications:

+ 8+ years in MarTech, CRM, or digital experience architecture, with at least 5 years leading technical delivery in a consulting or agency environment. Experience should include:

+ Hands-on expertise across one or more enterprise marketing platforms — Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP, Campaign), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua.

+ Experience designing and governing Customer Data Platform solutions, including identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and real-time activation on platforms such as Adobe RTCDP or Salesforce Data Cloud.

+ Strong foundation in data architecture: modeling, integration patterns, API design, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

+ Demonstrated ability to translate client business goals into end-to-end technical solutions — across people, process, and technology

+ Experience leading cross-functional teams in a global delivery model
