Corporate Responsibility: Community Reinvestment Strategy Manager, Vice President

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with JPMC lines of business (LOB) to help them understand and meet their Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) obligations and support underserved communities across the entire JPMC US footprint. You will lead strategic approaches and partnerships to maximize impact and take an active role in understanding the CRA policy landscape to analyze, develop, and implement new requirements.

As a Community Reinvestment Strategy Manager within the CRA Strategy, Policy & LOB Engagement team, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the firm's preparation and implementation of new rules or guidelines related to CRA modernization. Your role will involve assessing, evaluating, and compiling regulatory and internal deliverables, sourcing, analyzing, and leveraging data for validation purposes to ensure CRA data integrity. Additionally, you will engage with various internal partners on strategic business and technology initiatives. Your guidance will be instrumental in making business decisions that maximize the impact of lending and investments in underserved communities and leading CRA-related policy efforts.

**Job responsibilities:**

+ Foster relationships and partner effectively with colleagues across the firm including business owners, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology functions to drive consistent and responsive outcomes.

+ Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency by responding immediately to escalated issues and rapidly changing priorities.

+ Program manage various, high visibility initiatives primarily driven by regulatory requirements.

+ Manage special projects and deliverables to complete critical work for the department and senior leaders (business reviews/updates, data requests, procedures, reporting, ad hoc requests).

+ Support business and technology initiatives, including data validation and analysis to evaluate business and market level performance.

+ Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement and efficiencies where needed.

+ Act as a strategic advisor and consult with senior leadership and other key personnel.

+ Contribute to various cross-department initiatives.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**

+ 5+ years of experience in banking strategy, program management/execution, and analytic roles.

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior/manager position.

+ Able to follow complex methods, processes and procedures in diverse routine and non-routine tasks.

+ Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be used in operational evaluation and interpretation of compliance information.

+ Able to operate in a matrixed environment; must be able to directly influence change, negotiate, and appropriately escalate.

+ Able to handle highly confidential information and material in a professional manner.

+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience required.

+ Program management experience required.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**

+ Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel, Tableau and/or Alteryx preferred.
