In this driving post, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. **Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $14.50 / Hour**

Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify hazards, unauthorized activity, and/or maintenance concerns.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the location.

+ Support daily operations at a manufacturing and industrial location by reporting equipment issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with post orders and security-related procedures.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.

+ CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
