+ Provides strategic leadership in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide solutions.

+ Defines and governs architectural direction based on organizational strategy, cost-effectiveness, and integration across complex systems and platforms.

+ Leads the evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with long-term business and IT goals.

+ Establishes and enforces architectural principles, standards, and best practices across the organization.

+ Collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional architecture teams to shape enterprise IT strategy.

+ Regularly mentors architects and technical staff, drives innovation, and leads high-impact initiatives that span multiple domains and business units.

+ Recognized as a subject matter expert with deep knowledge extending beyond core domains.

+ Deep knowledge of payer systems (claims processing, eligibility/enrollment, provider data, utilization management).

+ Strong expertise in integration technologies and standards (APIs, FHIR, HL7, X12 EDI).

+ Demonstrated experience with large-scale system implementations and integrations.

+ Familiarity with value-based care models, quality programs, and regulatory reporting (HEDIS, STARS, risk adjustment).

Required - 10 years - Relevant experience with Bachelors; Or - 12 years - Relevant experience with Associates; Or - 15 years - Relevant experience with High School or equivalent.
