PI Project Manager - Health System Engineering

**PI Project Manager - Health System Engineering Summary:**

+ Have a key and strategic operating role to the organizational leadership and plays an important role in the achievement of the overall success of BayCare Health System.

+ Works with teams to execute improvements to simplify methods, process flows, and workplace layouts using proven industrial engineering techniques and building computer simulation models where appropriate to test new designs.

+ Also perform data analysis using advanced statistical, operations research and industrial engineering methods.

+ Essential functions include data collection, standards and process design, discrete event simulation modeling, performance monitoring and reporting, and project management.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ **Required Education:** Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Operations Research, or closely related field.

+ PhD preferred

+ **Required Certification:** Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Practitioner or PMP (Project Management).

+ **Required Experience:**

+ 5 years Industrial Engineering or 2 Years in a Health Care Engineering capacity;

+ and 1 year experience with discrete even simulation modeling.
