**Lab Systems Analyst - IS Position Details:**

+ **Location:** BayCare System Office, Clearwater, FL

+ Hybrid - **Must reside in the state of Florida**

+ **Status:** Full Time, Exempt: Yes

+ **Shift Hours:** Varies

+ **Weekend Work:** Occasional

+ **On Call:** Yes

**Systems Analyst - IS Key Responsibilities:**

+ Under minimal supervision, provides customer support for Information Technology related issues in designated areas of the health system

+ Technical responsibilities include maintaining a working knowledge of customer's daily operations to ensure superior technical support, identifying process improvements based on customer's needs and troubleshooting and providing client support for systems and applications

+ May participate in Project Management from inception to completion and performs other duties as assigned

+ Competent to work in most phases of systems analysis but may require guidance in others

+ An understanding of relevant technology, tools, and methods is required

+ A sound knowledge of at least one core technical area or business process is required.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ 6 years of Systems Analysis, Design and/or Support OR

+ 2 years Specific Systems experience with demonstrated competency in department as an Associate Systems Analyst OR

+ 2 years of experience required with a Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science field

**Preferred Skills:**

+ **Cerner PathNet in general lab**

+ Computer skills appropriate to the position

**Education:**

+ Bachelors - Information Services Related; OR

+ High School or Equivalent
