Environmental Services Coordinator

**Position Details:**
+ **Location:** Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater, FL
+ **Status:** Full Time, Exempt: No
+ **Shift Hours:** 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
+ **Weekend Work:** Every Other
+ **On Call:** No
**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinates the daily operations of the environmental services team.
+ Observes the quality of environmental services team members by conducting weekly inspections of areas of responsibility.
+ Maintains records of special cleaning, floor and other projects.
+ Communicates with customers to resolve problems and supports team members.
+ Coordinates bed tracking systems to ensure prompt completion of discharge cleaning.
+ Organizes the receiving and storing of supplies to meet service requirements.
+ Serves as a departmental liaison for all internal and external customers.
+ In emergencies, performs all aspects of the environmental services positions.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Required experience is 1 year in a Lead/Supervisor role or 6 months in a BayCare Environmental Services Technician Senior position.
+ Preferred certification include CHEST
+ **Education:** HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
