**Candidates MUST reside in Florida or be willing to relocate**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Leads the design, integration, and governance of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions across the hospital system.

+ Bridges clinical, operational, and technical domains to ensure AI initiatives align with BayCare's mission.

+ Establish AI governance frameworks, including model validation, bias mitigation, and ethical use.

+ Ensure all AI initiatives meet regulatory and privacy requirements.

+ Design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and enhance patient and staff experiences.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ **Required Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.

+ **Required Experience:** 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML.

+ **Experience in Healthcare IT environments strongly preferred.**

**Key Skills & Abilities:**

+ Proficiency with AI/ML platforms (e.g., CoPilot Studio, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI).

+ Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance in healthcare.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision in clinical contexts preferred.
