As an Advanced Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies in Clearwater, FL, you will be responsible for testing, evaluating, and improving complex systems for aerospace applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain the production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
+ Conduct and report on front-end Reliability Analysis of the next generation of Aerospace navigation systems
+ Test and evaluate systems for aerospace applications
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful determination of root cause and implementation of corrective actions (RCCA)
+ Conduct testing and evaluate sophisticated system performance
+ Ensure compliance with product and customer requirements
+ Troubleshoot systems and resolve customer issues
+ Prioritize and negotiate test schedules with test teams
+ Track and maintain regular progress on items under test
+ Summarize and present findings to customer
+ Study the trends and evaluate the performance and Reliability of navigation systems in platforms across the globe
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
+ Greater than five years experience in the Aerospace industry
+ Strong knowledge of design principles and methodologies
+ Superb math and organization skills
+ Experience with system testing and validation
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
**WE VALUE**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical EngineeringExperience in the Aerospace industry
+ Experience with aviation navigation
+ Experience with Part Stress Analysis (PSA,) Failure Modes and Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA,) or Derating Analysis
+ Experience with pursuit of root cause and corrective action (RCCA)
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Experience leading a diverse investigation team
+ Customer service or retail experience.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
