GENERAL FUNCTION

Primarily responsible for Treasury Management and Commercial Payments Fee and Deposit product pricing and profitability. Work collaboratively with LOB sales and management resources to evaluate return projections for fee and deposit transactions, as well as, full Treasury Management relationships. Develop individual product profitability models, focused on assessing economic and regulatory capital returns for Treasury Management customers.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Monitor and analyze wholesale product profitability at an aggregate and relationship specific level

+ Act as the review and approval resource for all Treasury Management pricing exception requests to ensure adequate relationship returns for all products and businesses.

+ Revise, update and communicate minimum pricing guidelines to ensure minimum return guidelines achieved in all new and renewed transactions.

+ Periodically review a sample of new and renewed Treasury relationships to ensure that most recent minimum pricing guidelines are being followed.

+ Monitor specific product pricing and product return models

+ Establish portfolio health thresholds and manage portfolio optimization process

+ Manage pricing desk support team

+ Establish and foster a strong partnership with regional and national sales managers to ensure candid and open feedback, and to encourage proactive addressing of any negative or counter-productive behavior.

+ Provide detailed information to regional and national sales leaders to drive improvement in un-profitable relationships.

+ Provide examples of strategies to improve relationship and overall book of business returns.

+ Identify the need for new or improved reporting and lead the design and completion of the new reporting.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for providing timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED

+ College degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.

+ MBA preferred.

+ 5-7 years or more of finance or financial modeling related experience.

+ Previous leadership experience not required but preferred.

+ Proficient in basic spreadsheet applications such as Excel. Reasonable technical skills in Microsoft Word, and other standard Windows applications.

+ Excellent Communications, Organization and Follow up skills.

+ Strong relationship building skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

+ Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.

+ Extended time at desk and/or viewing computer screen.
