**Work Type:** Restricted Part Time (Total FTE less than 0.5)

**Shift:** Shift 1

**Work Schedule:** 4 Hr (8:00:00 AM - 1:00:00 PM)

**Pay Range:** $16.60 per hour

**Summary:**

The work-study student will assist with administrative tasks and projects in the Interprofessional Continuing Education. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills

• Detail oriented

• Professional and pleasant office mannerism

• Interest in survey or data collection

**Responsibilities:**

• Duties will include assisting in the collection and distribution of evaluation data for continuing education programs.

• General office organization. Keeping space welcoming and professional.

• General office tasks. Assist with administrative tasks including, assisting with customer service inquiries, processing attendee credits and data entry.

• Assignments to support IPCE Leaders.

• Ability to work independently.
