This is a hybrid role that may be based near any listed location and requires travel to client sites.As a Data Protection Senior Analyst, you’ll support the delivery of data protection, data governance, and privacy solutions for Avanade clients. You’ll work under the guidance of senior team members to help design, implement, and operate data protection capabilities while building strong foundational skills in security, compliance, and client delivery.What you’ll doSupport client engagements focused on data protection, data governance, and compliance initiatives.Assist with configuration and administration of Microsoft Purview capabilities (e.g., sensitivity labels/encryption, DLP policies, data classification/discovery, Insider Risk Management).Participate in requirements gathering, workshops, and documentation efforts.Execute assigned tasks within project plans and contribute to on-time, high-quality delivery.Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, and client-ready deliverables.Actively pursue learning, certifications, and hands-on experience in data protection technologies.Contribute to emerging areas such as AI and agentic AI security, under guidance.
