**Job Summary**

Be the force behind seamless operations. As Chief Engineer, you’ll take the lead on all things maintenance and infrastructure, ensuring that our spaces are safe, functional, and running efficiently. From preventive maintenance to vendor coordination, you’ll lead efforts that keep the guest and team member experience running smoothly.

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred

+ 5+ years of experience in facilities or building operations

+ Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems

+ Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills

+ Certifications in OSHA, EPA, or building systems preferred

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Oversee day-to-day facility operations and preventive maintenance programs

+ Manage on-site repairs and maintenance staff or contractors

+ Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

+ Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions

+ Coordinate building system upgrades and repairs with minimal disruption

+ Develop and manage the facilities budget and maintenance schedules

+ Collaborate with event operations and culinary teams to meet venue needs
