**Position Type: Part Time**

**Pay Rate: $18.60 / Hour**

**Job Schedule:**

**Day** **Time**

Mon10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Tue10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Fri03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, screening and directing visitors, staff, and vendors at designated entry points within a healthcare location.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, verify credentials, and document visitor and contractor activity in accordance with site policies.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns.

+ Prepare clear reports on daily activities, access control events, and security-related incidents, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and/or site representatives.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
