**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency personnel as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including the lobby, office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter, while helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other sensitive areas, verify credentials and/or permissions, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious conditions according to post procedures.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.

+ Possess an armed guard card and/or license.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Pepper spray certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
