Program Security Officer

**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Program Security Officer** to join our team in **Herndon VA.** This is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

The Program Security Officer is responsible for program, physical and personnel security support for multiple programs supporting an Intelligence Community partner.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to:**

+ Provide Security support and perform a variety of security-related tasks for Collateral and SCI Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) activities but not limited to:

+ Clearance nomination submissions, clearance maintenance, indoctrinations and education, customer badges

+ Monitoring Visitor Control, Access Control, and Document Control

+ Incident Tracking, Adverse Information Reporting, Foreign Travel and Contact Reporting

+ Maintains and tracks Accreditations and ATO’s, supports govt. inspections

+ Additional security tasks as required by Customer Security

+ Proposal Support, Govt. policy implementation

**Minimum Experience** :

+ Experience performing a variety of security-related tasks for SCIF Activities

+ 5 years of relevant security experience as an individual contributor

+ Experience with DISS and Scattered Castles

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ FSO Certification

**Security Clearance Requirements** :

+ Must have a current/active TS/SCI and ability to obtain a CI poly

**Physical Requirements** :

+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
