**Earnings Range:** $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (Actual rate based on experience, qualifications, and position)

**What You’ll Do**

+ **Lead & Inspire** : Partner with the Housekeeping Manager to organize, motivate, and coach our high-performing team.

+ **Inspect & Perfect:** Ensure immaculate attention to detail by inspecting guest rooms, public spaces, storage, and administrative areas.

+ **Deliver Excellence:** Provide courteous, top-tier service, running requested items to guest rooms and maintaining pristine furnishings and metalwork.

+ **Manage Operations:** Oversee linen collection, laundering logistics, and inventory storage to keep operations running seamlessly.

**Keys to Success**

+ Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Room Inspector.

+ Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week.

+ Exceptional eye for detail and a natural talent for coaching and mentorship.

+ Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
