**Job Description:**

Ensures compliance with safety standards and sterile techniques, demonstrating competency in sterile field and technique. Assists Executive Director/Administrator with new programs to continue growth and development of cardiovascular services. Communicates frequently with staff through informal and formal processes, such as staff meetings, emails, and newsletters. Ensures training for and holds staff accountable to safety standards and sterile techniques. Develops and implements quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. Leads and facilitates daily operations, managing expenses to budget, and ensuring policies are up to date and accessible to staff and physicians. Collaborates with Executive Director/Administrator in departmental budget development and executing strategic initiatives. Treats co-workers, patients, physicians, and guests with kindness, care, and courtesy. Fosters staff development through positive communication, feedback, coaching, evaluation, and discipline. Models behavior conducive to the development of a positive, supportive, and productive team. Facilitates open communication and joint decision-making with associates.

**Education:**

• Bachelor's [Required]

• Master's [Preferred]

**Field of Study:**

• RN BSN or CV Technologist

• in related field (ex: MSN, MBA, MHA)

**Work Experience:**

• 5+ years of position-related experience [Preferred]

• Previous experience [Required]

**Additional Information:**

• Must obtain applicable state licensure

**Licenses and Certifications:**

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] AND

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] OR

• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) [Required] OR

• Registered Radiology Technologist (RT(R)(ARRT) [Required]

**Pay Range:**

$105,006.04 - $195,321.62
