**Job Description**
The Project Analyst - Operations is a vital role supporting the smooth and resilient operation of Navigation and Sensor Systems Operations team. This position serves as a key liaison between production teams, management, and support functions, driving initiatives related to business continuity, employee engagement, site improvements, and process optimization. A critical aspect of this role is to be the voice of the production operators, understanding their challenges and advocating for solutions that enhance their work environment and performance. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, capable of working effectively across all levels of the organization and across multiple shifts.
**This is a first shift position working a 5/40 Monday-Friday schedule, flexible starting time.**
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Business Continuity Planning (BCP):
+ Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the site s Business Continuity Plan.
+ Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to operations.
+ Develop and document recovery strategies and procedures for critical business functions.
+ Coordinate and facilitate BCP testing exercises and drills, documenting results and identifying areas for improvement.
+ Maintain BCP documentation and ensure it is current and readily accessible.
+ Department Metrics:
+ Primary coordination of Operations monthly and quarterly metrics reporting.
+ Utilize Dashboards to capture metric information and assist in getting action plans and path forward where metrics are not attained.
+ Assist with continuous improvement activities across Operations.
+ Employee Morale & Culture:
+ Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company-wide celebrations.
+ Gather employee feedback through surveys, focus groups, and informal conversations to identify areas for improvement in morale and culture.
+ Champion initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
+ Support communication efforts to keep employees informed about company news, updates, and achievements.
+ Assist with employee recognition programs.
+ Site Level Initiatives:
+ Support the implementation of site-wide improvement projects, tracking progress and reporting on key metrics.
+ Assist in data collection and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
+ Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Engineering, Maintenance, Quality) to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
+ Manage project timelines and resources effectively.
+ Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the site.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Associate's degree with relevant experience or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
+ Experience with Business Continuity Planning principles and practices is a plus.
+ Demonstrated experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
+ Experience working directly with hourly production employees highly desirable.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
+ Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

+ Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to occasionally work or visit different shifts to effectively engage with all production teams.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $61278 - $104173

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
