**Job Description**

Join our team as a night shift Machine OperatorinCary, NC, where you will use your talent for all things technical to help us produce Cheez-It products. In this role you will work 6pm-6am on a 2.2.3 rotation, with an hourly pay rate of $20.12.

**A Taste of What You'll Be Doing**

+ **Packing with Care** – Produce high-quality finished goods for our consumers. As you create excellent products, you'll also ensure efficient and safe machine operation.

+ **Managing Machine Performance** – Inspect equipment and perform basic adjustments and preventative maintenance. With your help, we'll continue to lead the way in efficiency and safety!

+ **Following Best Practices** - Follow all company safety rules and good manufacturing practices as you perform key tasks. Your passion for precision and ability to work as directed will assure your success.

+ **Develop Partnerships** – Collaborate with people from all walks of life in a teamwork-oriented environment. We'll rely on you to show strong communication skills, flexibility, and openness to partnering with others to achieve goals.

**We're Looking for Someone With**

+ Ability to work nights on a 12-hour shift.

+ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

+ Ability to stand for long hours and be able to lift up to 50 pounds at or above the waist unassisted.

+ Demonstrated ability to operate machinery.

+ Regular attendance and punctuality in accordance with Company policies. Additionally, the ability to interact well with other employees and work overtime, as necessary, is required.
