**Description**

We are looking for a discovery counsel with great judgment and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to drive complex discovery strategy and lead programmatic solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has significant experience in discovery management, litigation and operational execution. This role requires a lawyer with highly efficient operational skills, risk management experience and the ability to strategically manage discovery end to end.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 8+ years of in-house, law firm or vendor discovery experience, including significant experience leading complex discovery management in litigations and investigations.

+ JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

+ Strong technology interest and aptitude.

+ Excellent operational, communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Meaningful in-house or equivalent experience and experience managing discovery in litigation and regulatory investigations in a corporate setting.

+ Ability to work independently and proactively to meet aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment, including managing and prioritizing deliverables with cross-functional teams

+ Sound business judgment and ability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, while exploring new areas of expertise as business needs change

+ Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively in a positive and practical manner

+ Interest in and ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects while balancing time, quality, cost, and risk

+ Ability to foster and facilitate teamwork by cultivating relationships, collaborating, and effectively communicating with teammates and cross-functional partners in the pursuit of team goals; shares information and supports others

+ Maintain high ethical standards both personally and professionally; shows integrity and fairness in dealings with others; is reliable and trustworthy
