**What You-ll Do**

This is an intern opportunity for someone early in their career to learn master data management from the ground up, with the potential to grow into a full-time Master Data Analyst role. The **Master Data Intern** will support the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of master data across our core systems. The role focuses on making sure that data is accurate, consistent, and free of duplicates or errors as it flows between systems like ERP (e.g., JD Edwards), PIM, and Wrike. This role is best suited to someone who is highly organized, pays close attention to detail, and is eager to learn how AI-enabled tools and automation can improve data quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support the creation, maintenance, and audit of new and existing items and their BOM (Bill of Materials) master records in JD Edwards (JDE).

+ Help enforce data governance standards, ensuring data is accurate, complete, and consistent across all platforms.

+ Partner with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Creative) to resolve data discrepancies and support new item/SKU setup in JDE.

+ Assist in identifying manual, repetitive data processes and support the design of automated workflows or scripts to replace them.

+ Learn to use AI tools to support data cleansing, deduplication, classification, and anomaly detection at scale.

+ Help build and maintain documentation for master data processes, governance rules, and automation logic.

+ Track data quality metrics and flag issues before they impact reporting or operations.

+ Support system integrations and data migrations, helping ensure master data integrity throughout.

+ Track and manage master data projects and cross-functional requests in Wrike, keeping timelines, priorities, and stakeholders organized.

**What You-ll Bring**

**Key Qualifications:**

+ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field - or equivalent experience.**

+ Exceptionally organized, with strong attention to detail and a habit of double-checking work.

+ Comfortable working with large spreadsheets and datasets; proficiency in Excel required.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

+ A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

+ No prior ERP or project management software experience required - willingness to learn JD Edwards (JDE) and Wrike is a must.

**The expected base hourly pay rate is $18.50/hr.** The exact base hourly rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
