The Advance Group has partnered with a Monroe company that specializes in building packing material for glass products.

Responsibilities of General Laborer:

• Building wood crates and pallets for glass products
• Use of various hand tools: Drills, nail gun, staple gun

Requirements for General Laborer:

• Able to work in fast pace environment
• Previous experience with hand tools
• Should be able to lift up to 50lbs

Hours for General Laborer:

• Hours are Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
• Must be available for Overtime!

Compensation and Benefits of the General Laborer:

• Starting pay is $15hr
• This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate
• Once hired in, employees are eligible for weekly $100 attendance bonuses!
