**The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Following all safety rules and practices
+ Reading factory work orders, print cards, and other documentation to learn customer requirements
+ Monitor and move stock through the production area
+ Identify stock and products that correspond to work orders
+ Perform assigned duties to insure production needs are met
+ Assisting other employees as needed
+ Accurately use tape measures and other measurement and test equipment
+ Inspect, count, stack, and unitize products according to customer specifications
+ Identify and separate non-conforming (reject) materials and products
+ Maintain work areas to plant standards of housekeeping
+ Maintain teamwork with machine crews and other employees
+ Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor
+ Learn all functions to operate machine in operator absence
**The Skills You Will Bring:**
+ High School Diploma or GED preferred. Trade School and/or advanced degree preferred
+ Two years or more experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. (corrugated manufacturing is a plus).
+ Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with other employees, supervisors, managers, etc.
+ Basic computer skills (data entry, etc.) and be able to perform basic arithmetic including additions, subtractions, multiplications, division and use of a tape measure.
+ Comply with all IPs Safety rules and Quality policies and protocols at all times.
+ Ability to learn and understand machine line up.
+ Ability to understand/learn all operations of corrugated manufacturing.
+ Ability to interpret a variety of instructions given in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
