**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ Perform cardiac structure and hemodynamic assessments following accepted protocols.

+ Manage imaging equipment, implement safety standards, and conduct necessary quality control.

+ Execute routine and complex studies, accurately positioning patients and adjusting technical parameters to identify pathology or equipment limitations.

+ Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards and submit high-quality images and documentation to PACS with accurate patient data.

+ Maintain cleanliness and order across all procedure and storage areas.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ One or more of the following required:

+ Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

+ Sonography Tech obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

**What additional preferences we're seeking**

+ 1+ year of recent experience as Echo Tech
