**Job Description**
BAE Systems Space & Mission Systems is seeking an EVMS Internal Audit Analyst to join its organization.
The Finance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers the expertise and business acumen to increase value across the enterprise by providing actionable information with recommendations and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.
**What You ll Do:**
+ Execute monthly analysis of program compliances against EVMS regulatory metrics to ensure system compliance across all EVM programs.
+ Monitor program EVMS deliverables to ensure they are in compliance with EVMS System Description and provide coaching and instruction where necessary.
+ Prepare and analyze monthly program data metrics utilizing DCMA DECM metric templates.
+ Report compliance metric results to programs and management to ensure corrective actions are taken where appropriate.
+ Communicate and conduct monthly meetings with programs to discuss outcomes of audit to drive non-compliance resolutions.
+ Review, assess, verify and document program feedback.
+ Provide training to Program Managers, CAMs, and Project Control Teams on EVMS Audit Metrics, what they mean and how they impact the program..
+ Maintain DCMA DECM metric database to align with latest DCMA template versions.
+ Assist with maintaining EVM policies, procedures, and work instructions.
+ Assist with providing direction and guidance in the application of compliant Earned Value processes during baseline implementations, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and replan requirements as well as general program execution.
+ Support Joint Surveillance Reviews and Integrated Baseline Reviews and other Government reviews and data calls.
+ Assist with development of EVM trainings and support program trainings.
+ Support small projects, to include the support of systems and tool upgrades (such as system change requests, new implementations, etc.).
+ Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
+ Perform other duties as necessary.
**On-Site Work Environment:** This position requires regular in-person engagement by working **on-site three or more days** each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
**Working Conditions:**
+ Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ BS/BA in related field plus 6 or more years related experience.
+ Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
+ EVMS knowledge with previous experience in Program Control or Project Finance working externally reported EVM programs with a strong understanding of government requirements as well as a proven ability to analyze financial data.
+ Experience with EVM tools.
+ Excellent command of MS Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel i.e. vlookups and pivot tables at a minimum.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Knowledge of EIA-748 Earned Value Management Systems 27 Guidelines.
+ Experience with DCMA DECM metrics.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
