Clinical Program Coordinator

Overview

The Clinical Program Coordinator will be providing support for our Personal Solutions Program. Personal Solutions is Brookdale’s community run program that provides personalized daily care and management for residents’ unique incontinence or personal care needs.

To support our associates in their journey to become a U.S. citizen, Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Responsibilities

Provides analytical and operational support to help divisions, districts and regions drive community programs to generate revenue and achieve sales goals. This position maintains working knowledge of Brookdale’s proprietary Personal Solutions order entry portal in order to support community leaders, troubleshoot order errors, and provide overall customer service to the field.

+ Collects, manages, and analyzes data from multiple sources to create trackers and actionable reports that will contribute to identifying key risk and performance indicators of the incontinence program.

+ Coordinates with Brookdale IT team and/or external vendors to ensure the Personal Solutions ordering and pricing platform is functioning properly and efficiently.

+ Serves as a program advocate subject matter expert for the PS service and service portal.

+ Develops and maintains a positive working relationship for continual collaboration and partnership with division, district and other key community leadership as a program ambassador.

+ Coordinates and facilitates trainings individually and in collaboration with outside vendor partners to ensure associates are sufficiently trained on the clinical significance of our program, as well at the correct usage of the system application and service resources.

+ Identifies customer behavior and sales trends for areas for improvement to current processes, systems or services. Makes recommendations to the team on possible solutions.

+ Performs various audits on Personal Solutions performance. Partners with community and corporate associates to provide additional training and/or coaching.

+ Participates in the design and development of training resources for users as needed.

+ Collaborates with Learning and Development and other category leaders creating training programs necessary to further advance the skills of the associates within the division.

+ Serves as a source of support, encouragement, and motivation for those providing direct care to our residents. Direct coaching to help drive results is required.

+ Completes special projects and assignments as requested.

Qualifications

Education and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Three to five years in sales analysis, and/or process analysis and improvement. Experience working in a program support role, senior living or long term care communities or similar healthcare environment a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office required with heavy emphasis in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special RequirementsAbility to think independently and creatively, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas to the team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments at once. Ability to prioritize workload, demonstrate good judgment and problem solve independently.

Management/Decision MakingApplies existing guidelines and procedures to make varied decisions within a department. Uses sound judgment and experience to solve moderately complex problems based on precedent, example, reasonableness or a combination of these.

Knowledge and Skills

Has a working knowledge of a skill or discipline that requires basic analytic ability. Has an overall understanding of the work environment and process. Has a working knowledge of the organization. Ability to forecast problems and maintain strong conflict resolution skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Candidate should have strong relationship skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range Information

$52,630 - $65,792 / year
