**Job Description**

CDM Smith is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Federal team as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing program management support to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, combining your technical expertise with strong client relationship skills to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide program management services, including strategic planning, in support of an expanding military development program.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

· Collaborate with internal teams to develop project proposals, budgets, and schedules.

· Manage project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

· Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during project execution.

· Mentor and develop junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.

**Qualifications**

· Bachelor's Degree.

· 10 years of related experience.

· PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification is required (within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list). Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.

· Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

**Preferred Qualifications**

· Strong technical background with experience in military facilities planning, or a related field.

· Previous experience with federal agencies, preferably USACE.

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and business development.

**Amount of Travel Required**

20% - 40%

**Pay Range Min**

USD $120,973.00

**Pay Range Max**

USD $211,723.00

**Additional Pay Range Information**

CDM Smith is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This pay range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels for the geographic location assigned to the position. In addition to geographic location, a candidate’s salary is determined by several other factors including, but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, relevant work experience, skills, required certifications, and education/training.

**Additional Compensation**

All bonuses at CDM Smith are discretionary and may or may not apply to this position.
