Production Worker Jobs in Bowling Green, OH | Up to $19.25/hr + Shift Premiums | Weekly Pay + Double Time Sundays

Looking for steady manufacturing work with weekly pay, paid breaks, overtime opportunities, and room to grow? We are hiring Production Workers for an automotive manufacturing facility in Bowling Green, OH with immediate openings on multiple shifts!

Job duties for Production Worker:
• Remove lightweight plastic automotive parts from blow molding racks and machines
• Place parts into trimming and shaving machines to remove excess plastic and form shapes
• Perform quality inspections on finished products
• Attach caps, hoses, and tubes to automotive parts such as washer fluid reservoirs
• Package completed products into boxes and apply labels/stickers
• Rotate between multiple stations throughout the shift
• Use knives and hand tools to trim excess plastic from parts
• Perform sanding, bending, twisting, walking, and light movement throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean work environment by sweeping and cleaning work areas
• Follow safety procedures while working around machines and hot plastic materials

Requirements for Production Workers:
• Manufacturing or production experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in a loud, industrial manufacturing environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and twisting for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to rotate positions
• Reliable attendance is extremely important
• Ability to safely use knives and trimming tools
• Comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check

Shift for Production Worker:
• 3rd Shift: 11PM–7AM
• Sunday–Thursday schedule
• Most Fridays currently required
• Voluntary overtime available during the week and Saturdays
• Double time pay offered on Saturday evening

Pay for Production Worker:
• Starting pay: $18.25/hr
• 3rd shift premium: +$1/hr
• Once hired in, base pay increases to $19.25/hr plus shift premiums
• Weekly pay
