**Activities & Volunteer Coordinator – Lead Resident Engagement & Create Meaningful Connections**
At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion quality of life for seniors. As Activities & Volunteer Coordinator, you'll lead resident engagement, volunteer services, concierge operations, and customer experience programs—creating connection, purpose, and well-being that drive resident and family satisfaction.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Plan, implement, and evaluate resident-centered engagement programs and events
+ Oversee activities, entertainment, and wellness programming across all neighborhoods, including memory care
+ Supervise team members, volunteers, and concierge staff
+ Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers; build community partnerships
+ Track participation, satisfaction, and engagement metrics to improve programming
+ Manage engagement documentation, calendars, reporting, and technology platforms
+ Lead concierge operations, delivering exceptional experiences for residents, families, and visitors
+ Support budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and operational planning
+ Partner with Sales and Resident Care on move-ins and ongoing engagement
+ Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and Sunrise quality standards
**What You'll Bring:**
+ 2+ years leadership/supervisory experience in senior living, hospitality, recreation, or volunteer management
+ Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
+ Strong organizational, communication, and event-planning skills
+ Experience with volunteer/engagement technology and reporting preferred
+ Sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
+ Passion for creating meaningful resident experiences
+ Valid driver's license, if required

**Pay Range:**
23.30 - 29.20
