The Lead Manufacturing Specialist will coordinate the flow of information between the product line, engineering and supply chain to maintain accurate and compliant BOMs in production and spares. The role is guided by operating policy. Works with cross functional teams. The role has autonomy within the operational area or a segment within a larger business unit. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to achieve outcomes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Manage supply chain configuration management and its connectivity to master planning, material processes and systems. Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs. Optimize inventory and process improvements.

+ Collaborates with others to find creative solutions within complex manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Interaction with adjacent functions needed to solve issues. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.

+ Collaborates with functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates simple messages to stakeholders and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

+ Owns continuous improvement project and participates in at point problem solving and/or problem-solving sessions. May participate in Kaizen or VSA.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Configuration Management)

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in Configuration Management

The base pay range for this position is 87,000.00 - 116,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on **May 22, 2026.**
