**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and/or deliveries in accordance with site policies.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to supervisors, building contacts, and/or first responders as appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter to identify unusual conditions, report security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Support employees, guests, and contractors with directions, check-in procedures, and policy questions while maintaining accurate records, clear communication, and a professional presence.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
