Our team is focused on developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase Intel's perception as a technology leader, get credit for our innovations among a targeted B2B audience, and build brand relevance.

The Global Campaign Director acts as campaign architect and strategic leader of cross-functional go-to-market team activities. They are responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns. They lead the campaign team's management of external creative agency partners through the scoping process, creative asset development, transcreation, and production for Intel's marketing campaigns. They are responsible for relationship management and driving budget and operational excellence in coordination with global procurement and finance.

A deep understanding of the process of creating full-funnel campaigns is critical for this role, including brief development, conceptual development, production, and transcreation. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign objectives with business goals, ensure consistent messaging brand alignment, and generate demand. They work alongside team members in the Global Media, Advertising, and Campaign team, which is part of the Global Marketing Group.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to:**

+ Develop and lead global campaign strategies, budgets, deliverables, and managing to business and revenue goals.

+ Lead a cross-functional campaign team pod in defining target audiences, developing media plans, creative and content strategies, messaging, and KPIs.

+ Coordinate with Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Digital Experience and Demand, Partner Marketing, Insights and Activations, and Regional Marketing teams for program development.

+ Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.

+ Provide leadership and direction to the campaign pod.

+ Own senior-level agency relationships across four key agency partners

+ Drive yearly budget planning process as creative and production lead, ensuring budgets are aligned to and agencies are properly scoped at the outset of the calendar year

+ Manage large budgets across fee, production and transcreation

+ Ensure team delivers complex creative activations on strategy, on time and within budget

+ Define and manage agency processes spanning overall project workflows, project resourcing and budget tracking

+ Drive integration best practices. Identify and implement operational and process efficiencies that lead to continuous improvement and efficiency

+ Work closely with Intel's global sourcing and procurement teams on agency contracts, MSAs, rate cards and annual scope negotiations

**A successful candidate will:**

+ Willing to understand marketing campaign objectives and apply to experience planning to ensure on strategy and delivering against success metrics

+ Strong understanding of how customer experience impacts brand perception, demand generation, and brand sentiment

+ Strong understanding of B2B and B2I commercial and technical audiences

+ Willing to develop and execute on complex, B2B omni-channel experience plans

+ Deep knowledge of both digital and offline channel execution and optimization

+ Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities

+ Project management and organizational skills with the ability to drive multiple projects at once and manage feedback and expectations across multiple stakeholders

+ Willing to work in a dynamically changing and often ambiguous environment

**Qualifications**

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

**Minimum Qualification :**

+ Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field

+ 10+ years of combined experience in the following:

+ Campaign or experience planning and execution.

+ Global campaign planning experience

+ Multi-channel experience planning

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Knowledge of Adobe Workfront tool management

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado, New York, Washington, California: $131,841.00-$210,951.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

**Working Model**

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
