**Operator II - Bluffton, IN**

This is a full-time, hourly position.

**Position Summary:**

The role of Operator II will be responsible for the following duties:

+ Assist with the bagging line

+ Record product codes/lot numbers

+ Operate forklift, drive trucks and other equipment on property

+ Stack bags efficiently and safely

+ pick orders, load and unload product

+ Assess inventory to ensure proper delivery to customers

+ Other responsibilities as assigned by management

**Job Requirements:**

+ Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Forklift experience

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a routine basis

+ Basic computer skills

+ Strong safety and math aptitude
