Strategic Account Manager - Corporate Security Operations

**Leadership Impact**

This role operates as the senior leader responsible for client satisfaction, workforce stability, operational performance, and contract execution. The Account Manager functions as the business leader of the account.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Lead and develop security personnel

+ Own client relationships and service delivery

+ Manage staffing strategy and retention

+ Oversee incident management

+ Drive KPI performance

+ Control overtime and staffing efficiency

+ Develop future supervisors

**QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):**

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 5+ years leadership experience

+ Experience managing personnel

+ Strong communication skills

+ Ability to pass background screening
