**Position Summary :**

This position resides within the Sourcing and Asset Management team of our **Digital & Information Technology (D&IT) department,** and partners directly with internal customers primarily in the Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, & Sourcing areas. The Business Analyst works with stakeholders to define and document business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives. Working closely with the users and the rest of the D&IT team, this individual will analyze existing business processes and data flows, discuss their findings with the business users, assist with design, document, test, and validate an appropriate solution. **Skill & Knowledge Required :**

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent technical degree required

+ At least **5 years’ experience as an Agile Business Analyst** , preferably with a focus on the Sourcing and/or Asset Lifecycle management spaces

+ High level of comfort working with custom developed **.NET Applications**

+ Experience with software development methodologies and processes, including both package and custom development solutions.

+ Exposure to product-based solution and use case definition.

+ Experience with defining and maintaining Agile Business Analyst artifacts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

+ Highly organized and self-driven individual with ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities :**

+ Manage the Tooling Lifecycle Product Portfolio by working with Stakeholders, understanding their needs, and establishing roadmaps to deliver on desired capabilities.

+ Effectively capture business requirements to write clear user stories and scenarios.

+ Participate in the process to translate business requirements and user stories into defined specifications including communicating with systems analysts and developers to clarify information.

+ Conduct Joint Application Development sessions with the business users to elicit requirement.

+ Ability to work directly with and manage Agile project development team. Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to acquire user feedback and refine requirements.

+ Define test cases per the specifications including clear acceptance criteria. Assist with the execution of test cases and validate solution meets defined specifications.

+ Validation & Testing - Execute system testing, lead/facilitate user acceptance testing, ensuring that the software delivered fulfills established use cases and specifications.

+ Assist the Product Managers with projects and operational tasks when assigned.
