**Responsibilities**

Conduct complex quality data analysis and clinical decision support for designated system(s).

+ Develop and implement quality, safety, reliability and customer satisfaction metrics and analytics.

+ Collaborate on metric development, reporting system design and design and delivery of routine and ad hoc reports.

+ Develop approach to presenting information including presentations and communications.

+ Support complex project management, improvement initiatives and tactical decisions/plans with limited guidance.

+ Benchmark national best practices and make recommendations for change as appropriate.

**Requirements**

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

**Additional Preferences**

+ Minimum 1+ years of Hosptial work experience required (excluding intern/extern experience).

+ Preferably Registered Nurse with data analytic background.

+ Should be familiar with software programs including Leapfrog hospital surveying, Midas Health Analytics, Premier Quality Measurement Reporting, familiarity of CMS, The Joint Commission, and Electronic Clinical Quality Measures (eCQMs).
