Position Summary

At Johns Hopkins Hospital, the Care Coordination/Clinical Resource Management clinical analytics team creates data analytics to drive value-based care for the patients we serve. The position offers broad and deep exposure to operational and clinical data to address the most important challenges affecting healthcare today.

A successful candidate is a natural inquisitor with a passion for mission-driven healthcare innovation. At our organization, you will be part of a team at our flagship hospital that stands at the forefront of the JHM Analytics community. Together, we harness the potential of SQL and Python to translate hospital goals into standardized metrics. By using your expertise in analysis, you will help transform large datasets into actionable information, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions that shape the future of healthcare delivery.

Work Experience/Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development or data management
  • Experience with Business intelligence development tools such as tableau and SAS and programming tools such as R, Python, and SQL.EDW internal certification required within 6 months
  • Bachelor degree required.
  • Master’s degree strongly preferred
