**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Cardiac Cath Lab Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient cardiac care, managing staff, and upholding clinical standards.

Every day you will optimize scheduling, resources, and workflow, while developing staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.

To succeed, you need strong leadership, extensive clinical knowledge, and the ability to drive quality and compliance for superior patient outcomes.

**Job Requirements**

Required

+ Bachelors Other or a combination of education and/or additional job related experience in lieu of the degree. , upon hire and

+ Minimum of three (3) years of experience in related field. and

+ Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.

+ Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire or

+ Respiratory Care Practitioner: CA, upon hire and

+ Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and

+ Advanced Cardiac Life Support, upon hire

Preferred

+ Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, upon hire or

+ Registered Technologist Cardio Interventional Radiography, upon hire and

$54.19 - $88.54 /hour
