**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our CT Technologist, you will utilize your expertise to capture precise diagnostic images, enabling our Radiologists to accurately diagnose and/or rule out diverse medical conditions.
Every day you will adeptly create detailed cross-sectional images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs. Your compassionate interaction and skill in patient care will be crucial, as you play a significant role in fostering a positive and comforting patient experience throughout the imaging process.
To be successful in this role, you will deeply understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging. This includes a comprehensive knowledge of general imaging workflow, various patient positioning techniques, and the ability to consistently capture clear results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses that guide effective patient care.
+ Operation of Multi and Single Slice CT Equipment.
+ Able to perform a full array of Diagnostic CT Scans on Single and Multiclade CT units.
+ Able to set up and load power injector for injection of contrast for CT exam.
+ Sets technical factors and follows established protocols to produce diagnostic images.
+ Uses positioning and immobilization devices as appropriate in safe and effective manner
+ Wears radiation dosimetry badge at collar and follows radiation protection standards.
**Job Requirements**
**Required:**
+ Education level necessary to obtain required licensure and certifications and Previous CT experience
+ Medical Radiographer: CA
+ Registered Technologist Computed Tomography
+ Current BLS through American Heart Association (AHA BLS)
**Preferred:**
+ Minimum of two years' as a Radiologic Technologist
