**Please Note this position supports our 1st Shift. Shift is from 6 AM to 4:30PM; Working Monday to Thursday, every Friday off.**

As a Test Technician, you will:

Set up test equipment and perform electrical and functional testing on circuit card assemblies (CCAs) and units following approved procedures, specifications, and test sequences

Troubleshoot failures independently to the component level using schematics, diagrams, and test data

Correct malfunctions by making adjustments or replacing parts and components as directed

Adjust, calibrate, and maintain test systems and fixtures as needed

Document test results and support quality through statistical process control and other control procedures

Work with test engineering, production, and quality to resolve issues and keep product moving

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Associate degree or technical school certificate in electronics, OR 1 year of testing circuit card assemblies, OR 4 years avionics experience (military or civilian aviation)

+ Able to read and interpret schematics and diagrams

+ Able to troubleshoot independently to the component level

+ Effective communication and teamwork

+ Must be able to lift 2040 lbs

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

Lean manufacturing experience

Experience with test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and RF analyzers

Experience with Takaya flying probe test systems

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $40003 - $64006

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
