Software & Platforms Strategy Senior Manager

We Are:

Accenture Strategy — where bold ideas meet relentless execution. We sit at the intersection of business strategy and technological transformation, helping the world's most ambitious companies not just adapt to change, but define it. In an era where AI is rewriting every industry playbook, we equip C-suite leaders with the clarity, confidence, and competitive edge to move fast and win. We don't just advise — we co-create the future alongside our clients, embedding AI-driven insights into the strategies that shape markets, disrupt incumbents, and unlock new growth engines. If you want to work where strategy is anything but theoretical, you're in the right place.

You Are:

A Strategy expert with deep professional experience working across the Software and Platforms industry — and a genuine obsession with what AI makes possible. You see around corners. You translate complex, fast-moving dynamics into sharp, actionable strategies that clients can execute at scale. You are not just keeping up with the AI revolution — you are actively shaping how your clients lead it. You thrive in ambiguity, energize the teams around you, and build the kind of trusted client relationship that last well beyond a single engagement. Whether you are advising a hyperscaler on their next platform play or helping an AI-native startup define its go-to-market model, you bring the intellectual rigor, creative instinct, and human connection to make it real.

The Work:

+ Apply deep Software and Platform expertise to help clients rethink their growth and profitability strategies — from redefining SaaS business models to designing AI-native platform ecosystems that create lasting competitive moats.

+ Lead transformative engagements that reimagine how technology companies operate — championing product-led growth frameworks, AI-first development methodologies, and data-driven operating models that deliver measurable, year-over-year performance gains.

+ Bring structure and strategy to the industry's hardest problems — platform scalability, AI infusion, and developer ecosystem enablement — building compelling hypotheses and rigorous business cases that unlock transformational value.

+ Harness the power of AI as both a consulting tool and a client deliverable — using advanced analytics, generative AI, and intelligent automation to accelerate insight generation, sharpen recommendations, and demonstrate value faster than the competition.

+ Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams spanning product, technology, and strategy — mentoring future leaders, shaping culture, and cementing Accenture's reputation as the definitive thought leader in Software and Platforms.

+ Act as the single point of ownership for major engagements — responsible not just for delivery, but for making the work successful analytically, commercially, and relationally.

+ Set the overall narrative, rewrite or reshape stories for executives, and ensure consistency across workstreams.

+ Quickly grasp commercial excellence concepts and have familiarity with the sales cycle.

+ Travel as needed, up to 80%.

Here's What You Need:

+ A Bachelor's degree.

+ Minimum of 8 years of professional experience consulting for or working at a Software or Platform company, or a start-up.

Bonus Points If:

+ You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.

+ Strong client communication skills with a proven ability to influence and inspire senior executives.

+ A proven track record of delivery on complex, high-impact client engagements where AI played a central role.

+ Hands-on experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve real business problems — for clients or within your own organization.

+ Prior experience driving insights using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).

+ Familiarity with AI development ecosystems, LLM-based tooling, or AI platform strategies is a strong plus.
