**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Bachelor Degree in Technical discipline or equivalent.

+ 6-10 years of relevant Systems Engineering experience

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

**Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:**

+ Masters of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline

+ Experience with FADEC technology.

+ Subject matter expertise in one or more of the domain or technology related to engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.

+ Product development experience including requirement analysis, architecture, system design, integration and test.

+ Team Leadership experience including project technical leadership and/or Systems functional leadership.

+ Experience with engine controls, flight controls, mission systems, actuation control, cabin systems, aircraft electrification and battery/energy management systems.

+ Experience performing requirements analysis, derivation and allocation, and translating requirements to viable concepts design solutions.

+ Experience with Integration and Test.

**Pay Information**

Full-Time Salary Range: $118504 - $201457

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
