**What You'll Do:**

+ Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort environment.

+ Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity according to site expectations.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.

+ Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted access points, assisting with access control, visitor interactions, and policy awareness for the location.

+ Support hotel and resort operations by communicating with site contacts and/or first responders when appropriate, while providing a professional presence and assistance during routine and emergency-related events.

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
