Program Manager III, ML Product Manufacturing, Cloud Supply Chain

**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 5 years of experience in program or project management.

+ Experience with one or more of the following areas of supply chain: NPI, build management, or planning.

+ Experience in manufacturing operations.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

+ Experience with servers or data centers.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Product Manufacturing and Build Management (PMBM) is part of the Global Manufacturing Operations organization at Google. PMBM leads sustaining product manufacturing, product qualifications, and material management to support product fulfillment and order attainment at Google’s contract manufacturers to deliver products on time to customers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**

+ Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources), including near- and long-term objectives.

+ Build relationships with program stakeholders, manage expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensure they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.

+ Work with the extended ML team on manufacturing products to meet customers' demand, requirements, and requested delivery.

+ Ensure that capacity is available for the ML products that meets the forecasted demand and product roadmap.

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with NPI, Site Operations, Contract Manufacturers, and Partner Management in the ML product space.
