Program Manager, Global Partner Programs and Investments

**Summary:**

Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic Global Partner Programs and Investments team, focused on Monetization Partnerships. This role is pivotal in leading, planning, and executing various partner programs and incentives with Monetization Partnerships. As a Program Manager, you will collaborate across several teams, including Sales, Partnerships, Product, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other cross-functional groups. You will be a thought leader on programs and incentives for Monetization Partnerships.

**Required Skills:**

Program Manager, Global Partner Programs and Investments Responsibilities:

1. Partner with various cross-functional leads across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Legal, Policy, and Communications to ensure alignment and collaborative thought partnership in the development and execution of partner programs and incentives.

2. Directly lead cross-functional initiatives, working with broad internal teams to ensure tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans, including reporting key milestones status, risks, contingency planning, and issue escalation as necessary.

3. Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints, and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues.

4. Build organizational maturity by setting best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning across the Business Ecosystem Partnerships organization.

5. Manage information cadences and processes, including status updates to executive leaders, escalations, mitigations, and overall documentation management.

6. Partner with internal stakeholders to inspire and educate on available advertising partner programs, opportunities, and materials.

7. Work closely with Data Science and Analytics teams to determine return on investment and measure the efficacy of programs, developing insights-driven processes.

8. Effectively manage complex projects across multiple program management, engineering, product, and marketing organizations.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience

10. 6+ years of experience in program management experience

11. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion

12. Experience with cross-functional coordination and relationship management across levels

13. MBA or Advanced graduate degree

14. Understanding of the ads and partnership industry

15. Knowledge of Meta’s family of products

16. Experience working in a globally operating organization within a matrix structure

17. Experience with managing large-scale budgets and global activations

**Public Compensation:**

$126,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
