**How you’ll make an impact in this role**

+ **Execute Daily Clinical Practice Operations:** Partner directly with practice management to drive daily operational efficiency, handling cross-functional administrative priorities, vendor coordination, and team support.

+ **Manage Staff Provisioning & Onboarding Logistics:** Coordinate administrative and technical setup for new associates, ensuring seamless onboarding, equipment distribution, and system access provisioning.

+ **Command Equipment & Supply Procurement:** Oversee inventory tracking, order clinical/office equipment, and manage vendor interactions to keep the practice fully supplied and operational.

+ **Drive Strategic Meeting Preparation:** Structure, prepare, and distribute high-level meeting agendas, compile supporting documentation, and track follow-up action items for practice leadership.

+ **Orchestrate Complex Scheduling & Calendaring:** Manage multi-provider calendars, schedule administrative and clinical meetings, and coordinate cross-departmental communications with precision.

+ **Maintain High-Accuracy Operational Records:** Organize, audit, and maintain administrative files, departmental documentation, and operational reports with exceptional attention to detail.

**What minimum requirements you’ll need**

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

**What additional preferences we're seeking**

+ **Clinical Administrative Foundation:** 2+ years of direct administrative support experience within a healthcare clinic, medical practice, or hospital operational setting.

+ **Google Workspace Expertise:** Working knowledge and functional proficiency across **Google Workspace** (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive).

+ **Scheduling & Coordination Mastery:** Proven ability to manage multi-layered calendars, coordinate complex schedules, and balance competing operational priorities simultaneously.

+ **Elite Communication Skills:** Superior written and verbal communication skills necessary to interface professionally with practice managers, clinical staff, physicians, and external vendors.

+ **Meticulous Organizational Precision:** High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to keeping practice operations running smoothly.
