Apple's WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) organization focuses on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and best practices to deliver an extraordinary customer experience in the channel and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical, and people enablement spaces, our WW CSO team closely collaborates with many cross-functional groups at world-wide and regional levels.

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to work closely with the business teams, data and analytics teams and engineering teams to drive the successful execution of product initiatives. In this role, you will focus on translating business needs into product requirements, formulating analytical framework, driving the standardization and technical robustness of data definitions and implementation. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and has a deep understanding of product development, business analytics processes and data products.

**Description**

As a Product Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Understand business needs, formulate product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals.

Collaborate with business owners at global and regional levels to understand complex business goals, translate them into data & analytics requirements for product teams.

Identify data source and drive definitions and standardization for accuracy and scalability.

Work closely with Data Engineering, QA, UI/UX and DevOps teams across product development cycle, with a focus on ensuring data quality, scalability, robustness standards are met.

Drive ongoing ownership of analytics framework, data definitions and logics to continuously support business analytics needs and product development.

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ 6-8+ years experience in product management for enterprise-scale products.

+ Solid understanding of the modern data and analytics technology stack, including cloud data and BI platforms.

+ Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with proven ability to solve complex technical challenges.

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the appropriate audiences.

+ Superb customer focus and collaboration skills, with a knack for building strong relationships to better understand and meet customer needs.

+ Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward, even without a clear path.

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience working in a global capacity - deploying technologies across multiple different geos.

+ Ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.

+ Experience working on AI/ML related projects, data analytics and decision support.

+ Strong curiosity and dedication to ongoing learning and professional development.

+ Master’s Degree is a plus.
