**Job Description**
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
**Please Note this position supports our 2nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2nd Shift from 4:30PM to 3 AM - 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.**

Skills Required:
+ Knowledge of quality standards, inspection protocols, and defect criteria tomaintainproduct compliance withspecifications
+ Teamwork collaborate with team to improve processesand resolve assembly issues
+ Soldering Techniques SMTandthrough hole soldering
+ Continuous Learning participatein training sessions andidentifyopportunities for improvement
+ Ability to operate AOIand X-Raymachines to inspect circuit boardsorsurface mount devices,capturing and analyzing images to detect defects such as shorts,opensor misalignments
+ Capability to perform manual rework including cleaning shorts and correcting defects
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 2 years of work experience
+ Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings
+ Ability to become solder certified
+ Effective communication and team work
+ Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
+ Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
+ A passion for learning/knowledge
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ 3 years of experience in electronic assembly
+ Active IPC-A-610and J-STD-001Certifications
+ Solder Reflow experience
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $41844 - $66952

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
